SYNOPTICAL INFORMATION

     Auroral activity is now summarized by the presence (or absense) of
ground-based sighting reports. Forecast conditions can be inferred through
the geomagnetic activity forecast section of the daily summary report of

           Comments: Arc from N to E . No colour visible. 
 
2000 UTC - (N47.75 W090.34) - Grand Marais, Minnesota 
           Comments: I was able to capture a few images of last nights Aurora
           near Grand Marais, Minnesota along Hwy 61 and up on the Gunflint
