SYNOPSIS OF ACTIVITY
--------------------
Solar activity was low. Region 960 (S07W03) produced a
few small C-class events as it continued to slowly decay and
simplify. Region 959 (S11W31) reemerged during the period, from a
spotless plage to a simple bipole with nine spots. Region 958
(S12W54) was quiet.
Solar activity forecast: solar activity is expected be low.
The geomagnetic field was quiet. The goes greater than 2 mev electron
flux attained high levels once again.
Geophysical activity forecast: the geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet throughout the forecast period.
