SYNOPSIS OF ACTIVITY
--------------------

Solar activity was at very low levels. Region 975
(N03W38) decayed to an axx spot group.

Solar activity forecast: solar activity is expected to remain
       at very low levels.

The geomagnetic field was at quiet to unsettled levels, due to the
continued influence of a coronal hole high speed stream. The
greater than 2 mev electron flux at geosynchronous orbit reached
       high levels again today.

Geophysical activity forecast: the geomagnetic field is
expected to be at mostly quiet levels for the forecast period (27 to
       29 november).
