SYNOPSIS OF ACTIVITY
--------------------

Solar activity was very low. New region 999 (S02E60),
an axx alpha group, was numbered today.

Solar activity forecast: solar activity is expected to be very
       low.

The geomagnetic field was quiet to unsettled. The increase in
activity is due to a coronal hole high speed stream.

Geophysical activity forecast: the geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet to unsettled, with a slight chance of active to
minor storm conditions at high latitudes.
